Compensation: nLogic total compensation plan consists of salaries, benefits, bonuses, and stock incentives. Management conducts regular salary reviews to ensure that employee compensation is competitive.
Holidays and Paid Personal Leave: nLogic offers all full-time employees paid holidays each year. Paid Personal Leave is accrued based on years of service. Employees are allowed to donate Paid Time Off to other employees that may have a family emergency or a personal crisis that causes a severe impact.
Bereavement Leave: nLogic provides bereavement leave policy establishes uniform guidelines for providing paid time off to employees for absences related to the death of immediate family members.
Jury Duty and Military Leave: nLogic provides leave to employees that are summoned to serve on jury panels. nLogic supports employee involvement in service to the Armed Forces and grants a military leave of absence to any full-time employee.
Health Insurance: nLogic offers Group Health Insurance for all full-time employees. Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama administers the plan. Employees are allowed to opt-out of the plan on a voluntary basis.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement: nLogic offers a Health Reimbursement Arrangement that is company paid to cover specific deductibles that may create a hardship for employees.
Employee Wellness: nLogic offers one annual health screenings for employees. Establish baseline performance and review utilization with employees. Offer a pedometer to track employee personal mileage. Improve employee wellness with gym membership incentives.
Life Insurance and AD&D: nLogic provides all full-time employees Group Term Life and AD&D insurance.
Short Term/Long-Term Disability Insurance: nLogic provides both short-term and long-term disability insurance to its employees.
Will Preparation: nLogic employees covered for group term life or voluntary term life insurance have free access to will and living will preparation services, healthcare and financial power of attorney and identify theft kit with information on how to protect, restore and reclaim their identity.
Travel Assistance Program: nLogic employees, their spouses and dependent children have access to travel assistance services when traveling domestically or internationally more than 100 miles from home for up to 120 consecutive days. Services include pre-trip and cultural information, personal assistance services and medical assistance services. It also provides emergency medical evacuation benefits to cover costs for emergency evacuations, medically supervised repatriations, and return of dependent children.

Interest Free Loan for Computer Equipment: nLogic offers a program to provide interest-free loans to eligible employees for the purchase of a computer and/or related equipment and software for personal use of the employee or the employee’s family.
Relocation Program: nLogic offers a relocation program to assist with certain moving costs for employees that are recruited for “hard to fill” positions as determined by the Company.
401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan: nLogic offers a retirement plan that is comprised of 401(k) with employee contribution and company contribution including safe harbor and profit sharing. The plan includes the ability for employee deferrals, both pre-tax and after-tax (Roth). The Company also offers an option for Self-Directing 401(k).
