About Us

nLogic nAbles is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that is voluntarily funded and operated by employees of nLogic.

Our purpose is to give back to our employees’ local communities by supporting local 501(c)(3) charities who serve those in need in our communities.

nLogic nAbles was chartered in April 2010 by nLogic to be organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes per Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, including:

• Receiving contributions from the employees of nLogic through a payroll deduction program or lump sum contributions.
• Making grants to other public 501(c)(3) charities that operate in our employees’ communities for the benefit of individuals and families who are financially disadvantaged, lack access to basic health and human services, or are otherwise disadvantaged and require the assistance of others to meet their basic needs for food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education, or other fundamental needs.

All nLogic nAbles infrastructure support and operating expenses are totally paid by nLogic. This permits one hundred percent of employee-donated funds to be applied toward nAbles grants.
